The hospital is a bit small, but the facilities are good! The staff at the front desk were so kind and guided me well. The manager was kind too, but a little curt and very straightforward about only what was necessary. The doctor was also curt, but explained the surgery in a way that was easy to understand. And they were very confident about the surgery, which made me look forward to hearing them say they would do this and that if they were to work on my nose. Above all, other places were insisting on autologous costal cartilage or donor costal cartilage, but here they recommended septal cartilage plus ear cartilage for a natural result, which I really liked.
