I felt confident because they consulted after looking at the CT scan. Also, other hospitals explain things based on the shape I want as a starting point, but here the director showed me a shape that would suit me and explained it, which I liked. And the manager is extremely kind. I think she’s the kindest person among all the hospitals I’ve been to.
