Honestly, it was pretty bad. It felt like a power struggle with the doctor..? If the patient seems like they didn’t understand something, they should just kindly explain it again, but I felt like they were making me feel embarrassed. The explanation was just average. The manager was okay. She seemed like she knew a lot about cosmetic surgery.
