1. Consultation kindness: Kind. But not the warm-and-fuzzy type, so I take off one point. Just feels like a regular person! 2. Consultation professionalism: They looked at my nose shape and the overall harmony of my face while consulting. They even recommended eyebrow tattooing.. 3. Staff kindness: The manager who handled the consultation was kind, but it wasn't exactly pushy about reservations... more like they emphasized reservations. ex) If you write a review and leave a deposit, we'll discount this much~^^ It didn't feel bad. 4. Clinic facilities: Clean. But I took off one point because I had to go back and forth a lot when getting the surgery. 5. Surgery expectations: My columella is a bit crooked but fixed in place.. Maybe this is just my asymmetry issue;; Even up close it doesn't stand out, so I just live with it.
