Manager Kim Haram is beautiful and kind. The facility is clean since they recently moved to a larger location, and it is connected to the subway station. CEO Doctor Kim Jongdo is the type to just say what is necessary and isn't very affectionate, so people may like or dislike him. There was no forcing of reviews or pressure to get additional procedures. There is CCTV in the operating room.
