The director was really kind and trustworthy during the consultation, so I decided to have surgery here, but the consultation manager here is the worst. It's just one person, but they are really bad at handling things. And they're extremely rude... like they think they're something. This time too, they messed up my follow-up appointment change and the appointment wasn't even booked, and there was a payment issue on the day of surgery, and just thinking about that still makes me angry..... There's only one consultation manager here, doesn't the director read the reviews? I can't believe why they still keep employing this person... The staff were all kind! I'm generally satisfied with the nose shape as the swelling went down, but right after surgery a large round scab formed on the columella, and when that fell off it left a scar that stands out too much... It's stressful, so I'll ask about it at my follow-up appointment.
