At the time, the doctor explained everything in such detail that I remember listening very carefully lol There was no recommendation for unnecessary surgery, and the manager in charge didn't push me to place a deposit either. I brought in a photo of the look I wanted, and while analyzing my nose, they only told me what was realistically possible. At other hospitals they kept saying if I wanted it taller I had to use rib cartilage, this and that, but anyway I wanted to use only the minimum materials, so they told me the maximum possible result with that. A bit of a tsundere type, but I think they really respect patients' opinions, king-level. It still looks good now~
