I went for a consultation because it was famous for nose surgery, but the waiting time was way too long. I recommend making a reservation in advance. The director was busy, so I consulted with the consultation manager instead. Still, I got the feeling they were handling the consultation rather casually. Since I was worried about the surgery and asked a lot of things, they told me it seemed like I wasn't going to do it and to think about it more and come back later.
