The consultation goes in this order: consultation manager > director consultation > consultation manager fee discussion. And maybe because this has been an established hospital for a long time, there were really a lot of people. After a long wait, I had the post-op consultation with the director, and he looked at it very briefly and spoke in a very matter-of-fact tone, saying this is how the surgery process will go.
