I do not recommend it. I had a gentle-looking double eyelid line that had been done with an incision before, but it wasn't the in-out line I wanted, and now I'm living with asymmetry. Right after the surgery, I looked in the mirror and thought it was ruined, and even now, 6 years later, I'm still dissatisfied. One eye has an in-line, the other an out-line. On top of that, they added eyelid fat that I didn't even want, so my already puffy eyes got even puffier, It was the exact opposite of the image I wanted. I guess I didn't match with the doctor. My impression changed, and when I asked them to make the incision line a bit longer, they said it would make me look like an older woman and refused. I still want to make it longer now. It pisses me off.
