The staff were genuinely kind, but they were too willing to say only positive things, so I didn't really trust it. And when I asked whether I could check the CCTV, they said it couldn't be viewed out of simple curiosity, so that bothered me. I also asked about aftercare, but they didn't explain it in detail.
