The doctor was very kind, and so was the consultation manager. However, this isn't a breast-specialty hospital, so they perform all kinds of surgeries, so there were a lot of people waiting. It didn't feel like a factory, but because there were so many people, there was a part of me that felt a little worried. Still, the doctor seemed very professional.
