The atmosphere is good. Clean and a moderate size. The customers waiting were of various age groups. The consultation was kind and there were no excessive demands. When I asked, I was told they don't limit surgeries to a fixed number per day; they do as many as needed when they are busy, so it seems easy to book a surgery date.
