The consultation was detailed, but there were some moments where I wondered, 'Why are they asking this?' or 'Why are they saying that?' They seemed to have a strong opinion and pride, but I actually thought that was better. The consultation manager was also kind, and I liked that it didn't feel like they were aggressively trying to sell me anything
