Overall, they weren’t rude but they also weren’t especially kind. I liked that they showed me before-and-after photos well, and it seemed like the director does natural-looking surgery well. Above all, I liked that they looked at my face as a whole. But personally, their approach didn’t match my value of wanting surgery to be kept to a minimum, so I don’t think I’ll have the surgery. + They said other areas besides the one I wanted to operate on would also need work, and the price they quoted was 2 to 3 times higher than other places. The consultation with the director was longer than at other clinics, so it might be fine to go along if you’re visiting several places.
