I had originally made a reservation time, but the day before they said they might need to change it. They said the surgery before mine might run long, so they needed to move it, and when I said, "Ah, what should I do?" because it was difficult with my schedule, they replied, "Yeah, I guess so," which honestly made me feel a little off. So I just went at the changed time and got the consultation. The consultation itself wasn’t long, and instead of telling me to do all sorts of extra things, they only said what was really necessary. I liked that they didn’t go overboard in what they said. They also set the line exactly to the one I liked, and the manager spoke in a way that somehow made me feel trust in them.
