I went in because one eye had loosened, and since I booked for the same day, I understood having to wait. But the consultation with the director took less than 5 minutes, I think. They only recommended a buried suture on one side, which I wasn't happy about, so I didn't go ahead with the surgery. Compared to the time I waited, the consultation wasn't very professional, so I was disappointed.
