The doctor consulted with me really honestly and said I probably didn't even need cosmetic surgery. If I were to do it, he said I should keep it very natural and subtle. He seemed genuinely honest, and his aesthetic standards seemed to match mine well. The parts of my appearance that I thought were strengths also matched what I thought, and it really felt like he prioritized naturalness and safety. If I also needed functional nose surgery, I think I would have done it here.
