I couldn't remember the quote, so I wrote it like that. I went for a consultation about cleft lip surgery. I went because I wanted to correct the asymmetry of my nostrils, but they also recommended alveolar bone surgery. The director was kind. Later, when I asked the manager for before-and-after photos, they said why not just look for them on the website, and because they kept interrupting me when I had something I wanted to ask, I couldn't ask.
