I don’t know about the other staff, but the manager who consulted me was really kind. She didn’t pressure me and explained things well, with a good level of initiative. The director was kind too, and I liked that he said what was unnecessary was unnecessary. It felt like they were pursuing a natural look. But maybe because my skin is thick, the line they drew for me didn’t look that great... That’s my problem, though... At other clinics, even when they roughly marked a line, it still looked pretty. Hmm... I’m not sure. My expectations for the surgery feel kind of vague? Up and down.
