I went to this clinic because after my first surgery I had columella depression and only wanted to improve that. The director was kind and explained things well. I could see they were trying to empathize with the patient's concerns. I also liked that they showed me the post-surgery appearance using a virtual program. However, they said a revision surgery would need open surgery, which didn't suit me, so I didn't choose them.
