Custom implant + rib + ear cartilage The consultation was really kind, and I liked that I could see the post-surgery appearance through a virtual simulation. They also showed photos of noses that were almost identical to the simulation shape, which made me trust them. It's my first surgery, and I'm worried because using rib cartilage is scaryㅠㅠ But my nose is very low, so I do understand why rib cartilage is needed..
