I had nostril reduction + alar cartilage tying + Megaderm, and it's been 2 months. It seems to have turned out naturally and well. After surgery they didn't put nasal packing in, so it was comfortable, there was not much bleeding, and above all I was surprised that the swelling was much less than I expected. If I had to say one downside... maybe the height...? Sometimes I wonder if it turned out too natural... ㅋㅋㅋ
