The director only recommended what was really necessary without adding extra surgery. I spent a lot of time researching in every way, and this was the only place that said they would not use any cartilage and would only do wing cartilage repositioning. Septal cartilage can also be dangerous if used incorrectly, so I chose here because I wanted to do it as safely as possible.
