The facilities were good and everyone was kind, so I liked it. The director was confident, and their aesthetic sense matched mine in many ways. But since I experienced the nose tip drooping right after my first surgery, I'm constantly worried that it might droop again years later, and I keep wondering how much it will sag with cartilage repositioning alone. They put dermis in the step-off area, but I'm worried that if it gets absorbed over time, I might be dissatisfied with the shape.
