I went in with a good feeling, thinking I'd probably do it there even before the consultation, but I gave up. They said the improvement would be minimal, and the director was not as kind as I expected. Anyway, it didn't seem like he was willing to do my nose. For a first surgery, if you use costal cartilage too, it comes out to over 10 million won. I wondered if maybe he just didn't want to do it.
