I had revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage, and from the side view the tip of my nose is extremely high, but from the front there is no improvement at all and it looks better before. They corrected the bulbous nose in a pinched-nose way, so the front looks uglier than before surgery too. My nose became extremely long, the pressure is severe, and it's so hard.
