The doctor and the manager were both kind. If you make a consultation appointment and go there, you can almost get the consultation right away with no waiting. The hospital is clean, and if I were to get it done, I think I would want to do it here too. After the consultation, the manager called and said they could lower the price a bit. I think it would be good to negotiate well.
