I went for a consultation today, and although they explained things by drawing diagrams, I didn’t get the impression that they were especially kind. Still, they understood my face shape and my complexes well, and I liked how precisely they pointed things out. Since they prefer a natural look, they said they would use only septal cartilage and ear cartilage as materials, without implants, and that the bridge would go straight and then from the middle downward it would likely become more of a straight-but-slightly-rounded line..? That’s what the manager told me. They said they would do an osteotomy on the right side of my nose and shave off a slight bump on the left, and since I already have a nasal bridge, the manager said if they touched it any further here, I’d end up looking like an avatar, so they wouldn’t touch it. (I hoped for a nose like Shin Se-kyung’s, but they told me no and shut that down lol) I thought my nostrils were large, so I asked if I needed alar reduction, but they said my nose isn’t a bulbous nose, so it isn’t necessary, and that tying the cartilage together would be better. I liked the overall surgical style, but the price was 4.2 million won in cash (bank transfer not accepted, checks okay) and 4.6 million won by card, so it feels too burdensome and I think I need to think about it more..
