I didn't want to use autologous costal cartilage, and among the places I visited, this was the only hospital that didn't recommend it. But the others explained things while showing CT results, whereas here they talked about the condition of my nose without taking a CT, so I was a bit skeptical. The doctor and staff were all kind, but the price seems a bit high.
