Overall, it felt moderately friendly. The doctor made the diagnosis without any unnecessary details, and the consultation wasn’t long. I went because they were said to be famous for noses, but I don’t think I was told specifically how the result would turn out, and I wasn’t convinced right away by the brief explanation. Still, they didn’t pressure me to make an appointment, and they felt like a doctor rather than a salesperson.
