The consultation was quite relaxed / there was only a slight wait. It was a consultation with the chief director. It was nice that he explained things in detail and gave time for questions. Even though the hospital is not famous for noses and it was donated rib cartilage, the cost was expensive. The first thing I disliked was: They forced a deposit, and the deposit is non-refundable. The second thing I disliked was: They use an artificial implant that is not commonly used these days, so it was not the material I wanted. The third thing I disliked was: I wanted autologous costal cartilage, but they recommended donated rib cartilage, so it did not feel like a hospital that does autologous costal cartilage nose surgery. Other than that, the hospital is clean, and the manager and the staff at the desk were just so-so in terms of friendliness. It seems like silicone + mesh + donated rib cartilage + other corrections (short nose)
