I didn't get an implant placed in my nose; I only had the hump on my nose shaved down, and it's been over 3 years since the surgery, but my nose has become crooked.. I really don't know what is supposed to be so good about it.. Of course satisfaction can vary from person to person.. but I am extremely against it
