The consultation director wasn't rude, but she asked where else I was going and had a tendency to put other places down a bit. I went because I wanted to ask the doctor whether my eyes could get a lateral canthoplasty, but he didn't give a clear answer and just talked about average cases, which confused me a bit. The consultation time was also very short..
