I had a 1 o'clock appointment, but the manager and staff were terrible at handling things. I waited 40 minutes, and when I said I had to go to another consultation and asked if I could step out for a bit, the manager looked me up and down like I was ridiculous. Not even an apology. Ugh. The director wasn't super kind either, but at least they measured my eyes with a ruler, so that part was okay. I saw other reviews complaining a lot about the manager too, and I don't know why she hasn't been fired.
