The method is to pull the outer corner with a thin thread used for buried double-eyelid stitches and fix it in place, so the long-term durability after surgery is very unstable and the foreign-body sensation is severe. Double eyelids loosen after a few years too, so how long that thread pulling the corner of the eye will last is uncertain. That’s why there are only reviews of the dramatic look right after surgery, and no reviews from years later. It’s very transparent, right?
