First of all, both the manager and the director aren't the friendly type. There is a bit of pressure to make a same-day reservation, but refunds are possible, so it doesn't really bother me. Basically, the only thing I talked about with the manager was the price; there wasn't much else to say. No basic plastic surgery knowledge was discussed. The hospital doesn't have a CT scanner, so they took photos and the director just quickly did a virtual simulation in Photoshop. I'm not sure how effective that was. They said an osteotomy was necessary, but when I asked what an osteotomy was, I was given a rough explanation and asked if it meant cutting the bone out, and they said it wasn't that. But they looked very bothered and tired. I felt awkward asking again, so I asked the manager, but the manager didn't know in detail either. I thought their professionalism was a bit lacking at that point. So I looked up osteotomy on YouTube ㅜ The consultation ended feeling a little unsettling.
