By my standards, the doctor was way too cool. Since my nose is so small and there’s too much limitation, he said we should go with a method that just lowers the tip that looks slightly upturned. He recommended autologous costal cartilage and said I should give up on wanting too much. He said he would just make me a neat, tidy-looking image. He didn’t seem very enthusiastic about the consultation. I think the price was in the mid-4 million won range.
