I consulted at several places for alar reduction and a bulbous nose because my nose looked wide from the front and didn't take photos well at all, and the director here reflected my opinions the most, so I decided on this place. In particular, I was really grateful that during the consultation they agreed with my opinions so much and explained the pros and cons of the surgery method thoroughly. However,,,, I wanted to improve only the minor flaws while keeping it completely natural, but the tip of my nose ended up higher than I expected, so I'm thinking about revision surgery. They said they wouldn't raise the bridge much because my nose was originally large, but it's too high... I didn't want silicone, so I only had the tip and alar reduction done without the bridge, and that seems to make it stand out even more... (My bridge was already on the low side and the tip was on the higher side anyway... maybe they raised it to improve the bulbous nose...
