I was looking for a hospital because I wanted surgery without implants, and I went for a consultation because it seemed like there were many reviews for no-implant procedures. But they said my nose was low and that the nose line I wanted would be hard to make without silicone. They explained why it was necessary, and it really clicked for me. Also, the consultant there was the kindest of all the places I visited~ They kept showing me before-and-after photos, so I felt like they would take good care of me if I had the surgery.
