The overall consultation itself had a really gentle feeling? The manager was gentle, and the director’s way of speaking was gentle too, very soft? I had a pretty long consultation with the director, but it felt like I talked even longer with the consultation manager They definitely seemed confident, and they explained in detail why I should do it and why I shouldn’t. For now, I’m satisfied with the consultation itself, so I put down a deposit and came out thinking I’ll look around more and decide!
