I went for a consultation about nose revision surgery. First of all, there was no consultation fee, and Director Kim Dong-seok was extremely kind and thorough during the consultation. When I said I had had this kind of surgery at my previous hospital, he even sympathized and said, “What on earth did they do to make it look like this?” Then, while we were talking, he got a phone call and cut it off sharply with, “I’m in a consultation right now,” and then kindly continued speaking. He also pointed out even the smallest details, like the shape of the nostrils. He was truly a director who did everything he could out of passion and duty for consultations. All the other managers were also very kind, so I thought there would naturally be a consultation fee of around 10,000 won, but there wasn’t one.
