I had a consultation a few days ago and they were very kind. Even though I asked a lot of questions I didn't know about, they explained each one professionally. They also spoke honestly about the side effects. The only thing that was a little 부담스럽기는 that the manager kept standing right next to me, but other than that it was positive.
