I went there a few years ago, so I don't remember exactly, but it was a male director. I went there knowing nothing, and I remember he conducted the consultation in a fairly kind manner. The clinic size was just so-so, and I was thinking of booking, but in the end I had surgery somewhere else. Still, this place wasn’t bad either.
