Review

The staff member was super kind, and the director explained things well too, and for things that couldn’t be done they plainly said they couldn’t do them, so everything was honest and good. Especially the consultation wait time was short, which I really liked, and they gave me snacks and caramel, which was nice. I didn’t have surgery at this hospital, but the atmosphere of the clinic, the staff member, and the director were all good. But I didn’t choose it because needing surgery with autologous costal cartilage was a big burden for me.
