The consultation manager was kind, and the director was also reasonably kind. But the director's consultation lacked detail, which was disappointing. Since it was my first consultation and I didn't know much myself, I came out thinking that was probably why, but after going elsewhere it definitely seemed like the consultation here lacked detail. Another clinic caught on CT that filler had made the hump on my nose less noticeable, but here they didn't say anything about it. They did push the reservation deposit, but it didn't feel unpleasant, which was nice, and a 100% refund is possible!
