I had double-eyelid incisional surgery and front canthoplasty. The result is satisfying and natural. Even from the consultation, I felt they were pursuing naturalness rather than something flashy. The doctor wasn't the type to be especially warm, but he explained only the necessary parts in detail. I wrote down my questions and asked them, and he explained everything in an easy-to-understand way. Also, a lot of clinics push eye correction as a sales tactic, but here he firmly said that getting eye correction would not be good, which made me trust him. And for double-eyelid surgery, a lot of clinics don't tell you to come back for follow-up after the stitches are removed, but here they said to come back for a follow-up one month, three months, and six months after surgery. I liked that they seemed to take care of me after the operation. But... during the consultation, they went over the reservation time and I ended up waiting more than an hour, and I didn't feel the consultation manager was kind. Other than that, everything is good.
