The director has a friendly, fatherly feel. It was nice that they gave me two consultations if I wanted. They set the crease and seemed to listen well. I also liked that they spoke honestly and plainly about complications, which can happen at any clinic. The consultation manager also spoke very well, and overall I had a good impression. However, the clinic looked shabby, so it also felt like a very old clinic. It is one of the clinics I am deliberating over for surgery. There was a booking deposit, and I liked that there was no separate first-day booking discount. It made me feel that they were that confident.
