I had surgery with silicone plus ear cartilage 8 years ago, and I lived very satisfied with the shape! I was under sedation for 5 minutes, then they used local anesthesia during the procedure. After surgery, I had to keep my nose packed with cotton for 5 days, which was a bit painful T_T. Over those 8 years, my image changed dramatically and I often heard that my nose was pretty, so I felt very grateful. However, recently, 8 years later, it started to ache during a period when my immunity was low, so I went in 2–3 times, but they said there was no problem. I was extremely worried I might have to remove everything, but fortunately the aching lasted 4–5 months, and once my immunity improved, I no longer had any particular symptoms.
