My upper arms have always been naturally thick. No matter how much weight I lost, only this area remained especially pronounced. So after much deliberation, I went for a consultation, and they said I had both fat and muscle. A total mess T_T—I have both types... So I only got Botox and one Cat Injection treatment. I had more upper-arm muscle than I thought, so my arms felt stiff when I got Botox, and for about a week I could not raise them as smoothly as before. It got better after a week! It was not an enormous dramatic change, but they became a little slimmer! They recommended five sessions, and I think five sessions would be a little more effective than this.
